When many people think about grooming they have the misconception that grooming is "nice to have" or an optional service which is not necessary.  However, it is an important aspect of our pet's overall well being and good health.  It's also important for our families because - who wants a dirty, smelly pet jumping on our couch or clean linens?

Proper pet grooming allows our pets to get rid of shedding, fleas, tics, and various other health conditions that can arise.  Proper grooming is more than just having a cute pet.  You are also taking care of potentially unhealthy conditions and allows you to identify any underlying diseases early and begin treatment sooner.

However, many pet owners find their pets don't enjoy getting groomed or they don't have time to do grooming themselves.  If this is the case with your pet, you can consider having outside help to work with your fur baby on their grooming needs.
